On 10th February 2006 Wansdyke Security Limited (Wansdyke) was acquired by Mavinwood PLC (Mavinwood).

This purchase is the third made by Mavinwood in a ten month period that was specifically set up to acquire businesses in the Support Services area. They are targeting companies that will remain individually run but complimentary to each other in the range of services they offer.
