One of the most important aspects of Records Management and secure off-site storage is the environmental conditions that clients material is stored within.

All of the underground facilities operated by Wansdyke Security Limited have the unique benefit of all year round environmental stability.

Constant Environmental Monitoring:

Wansdyke can offer clients, as an ancillary service, the option of an automatic Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System. This provides clients with daily, weekly or monthly reports detailing the environmental conditions within their specific vault at any given time.

Fully calibrated sensors that are fitted with alarms for maximum/minimum levels pass data directly to a PC, providing real time monitoring and recording of environmental conditions.

Clients also benefit from Wansdyke's ability to provide separate, dedicated storage facilities, therefore ensuring that all material is stored within its correct vault complex under the correct environmental conditions.
