Storage
Wansdyke Security Limited operates three underground Storage and Retrieval facilities in the foothills of Bath. In rural locations well away from the threat of city attacks, theft, fire, or water penetration, the unique facilities provide unrivalled protection for client's Storage and Retrieval requirements.

All three Storage and Retrieval sites are created from natural stone mines, 100 ft below the earth's surface, underlain by some 45 ft of permeable limestone with the water table over 130 ft below each Vault Complex.

Wansdyke have two dedicated Records Management storage facilities, specialising in the storage and management of archival document boxes, individual live files, medical records, plans, drawings, deeds, wills , probates, and any other paper based material.

Monkton Farleigh's Storage and Retrieval covers some 42 acres underground and represents the single largest secure document storage facility in the country. The ability to be able to provide either shared or customised private vaults that cater for clients' individual requirements deliver direct benefits in terms of cost efficiency and business continuity. Along with Westwood, which covers a further 5 acres underground and provides the same levels of Storage and Retrieval and service as Monkton Farleigh, Wansdyke can provide secure storage for all client needs ranging from 10 boxes to over 100,000 boxes. An additional benefit to clients utilising either facilities is the option of an FE25 Automatic Fire Suppression System. This is often introduced as further protection to more valuable material such as deeds or national archives.

Neston covers some 3 acres underground and is dedicated to the storage and management of media, representing a unique solution to clients' media management requirements. With the ability to provide either shared or customised private vaults with or without an FE25 Automatic Fire Suppression System, clients benefit from a cost efficient solution and peace of mind that their material is being given the ultimate protection in support of business continuity strategies.

Retrieval
The records management controls and central database identification and tracking system provides the ideal platform for easy retrievals/collections on a scheduled or emergency same day basis, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

A fleet of unmarked Wansdyke Security vehicles all fitted with modern communication systems, travel to London, M25, Birmingham, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Bristol, Swindon, Reading, and Southampton every day.

Additionally, other delivery/collection methods include National Courier Services and Document Exchange Postal Systems.

Scanning and Email Retrieval:

Utilising the latest technology and equipment, Wansdyke can offer a versatile, fast and highly effective scanning and emailing service that delivers electronic versions of clients' documents direct to authorised account end users.

This service is particularly effective when speed is required and is normally supported by the next day retrieval of the original document.

DX Postal Service:

The DX Postal Service is also available and covers any location in the UK on a guaranteed next day basis.

On-Line Ordering and Management

Wansdyke offers clients the ability to access records management information via a secure, on-line web based service. This enables service tasks to be performed electronically, including stock location, history, collection/retrieval requests and management reporting, including the latest inventory listings. Entry to the system is password protected, ensuring its use is restricted to those clients authorised personnel only.
